Autumn
Leaves turn from green to gold
Sweaters keep away the cold.
At football games, we scream and shout
and Hokey Pokey, that's what it's all about.
Holidays are lots of fun
and always keep us on the run
Autumn really hits the spot
Except in Arizona, where it's still HOT!

I like your poem.
I think you forgot though, that autumn is the best time of year here and that October is the magic month.
Again, I stress OCTOBER is the magic month.
